New VW Transporter T6.1 engine/exhaust system fault

I bought my new VW Transporter T6.1 kombi from an official VW dealer 12 days ago. It ran only 480 km, and the yellow exhaust system fault light is on.
Has anyone experienced such an issue with a new car?

The problem was solved by changing the NOx sensor by VW certified technician. After a while, the problem appeared again. The OBD scanner shows 3 faults:
P23AD, 608780, 37993.

My guess - the VW specific code for the P23AD. See the data: RPM, coolant temp, intake air temp, ambient air pressure, vehicle speed, load, voltage.
