Yes, eventually you'll get the emission light. However, it won't cause the limp mode - because it's just emission related, not critical to engine health.Just a thought: I have some blanking plates here if I blanked the egr off I’d obviously get a eml but would it go into limp mode?
Would you say it’s worth a try?Yes, eventually you'll get the emission light. However, it won't cause the limp mode - because it's just emission related, not critical to engine health.
I would say - yes. At least it's easy to blank the EGR pipe in front of engine.Would you say it’s worth a try?
Blocked the egr out and it’s exactly the same.
I wonder if the turbo its self could be faulty?
Have you driven the van? Driving the van would create much bigger charge pressure than was available at stationary turbo test. So might expect quite horrible squealing - possibly even disastrous.I’ve recently fitted a new turbo
Would love an upgrade but tbh just having a working van will do meThat sucks.... time to fit a hybrid turbo and give it some power.
Hi @mmi would you mind checking my log file to make sure all of my numbers stack up? It seems fine to me.
