Movelite T4 Awning

Hi

Having done some awning research and visited a show in Nottingham last week, this is our current choice for awning (prefer forward facing and would like an air awning). So we were just wondering what people thought of these, any problems encountered or any similar awning you might suggest as an alternative (either on cost or performance basis).

Still coming to grips with the price of awnings generally. I assume this is actually one of the worst times of year to buy an awning and not many deals arround but if anybody had a suggestion for a seller that would be great too.

Many thanks

Tracy

Hi Tracey I just picked one up from world of camping - the Movelite T5 Kombi Awning package for £860. This includes the Snugrug and Footprint Groundsheet.

Hi @Tjf yes I have the T4 (Zipcode UK has the T5 same as Pauly).
It is a reasonable size, without being too big. The T5 version is longer than the van. The one thing I feel that it needs is additional air beams that fit longitudinally down the centre of the roof between the main beams, this would give it even more stability. It’s fine when it is all pegged out, just a bit of a bugger whilst blowing it all up.

We are also looking for an Awning. We fancy the Hexaway by Vango looks ideal for our needs and at about £650 all in not a bad price. Get good reviews too. !

yip, I got the T5, great bit of kit. Plenty of space and great quality considering some other brands cost even more. Ok, it's not a cheap setup but it is well made.
Overall I'm pretty happy with mine.
