Missing Trim?

evening guys,
Just a quick question, washed the van earlier and noticed, i think, that there's a missing piece of trim from my rear wiper arm (the casing that covers the bolt?)

Am I right, should there be a piece of trim there?

I dont think so. Mines the same. It looks like there should be something covering it but inside is the nozzle for the rear window washer jet.

and surprising, was convinced there was a missing cover!
