Media Centre Gone Awol !!

Got into the van after a an early dart from work & the radio had no sound & I couldn't change the station, stuck on Radio 2. No joy on the CD but could play music off my phone, via the usb plug in the glove box (comfort dash). Was going to VW Droitwich to reset my service light, it said it needed oil inspection & only 8k on clock so 2 birds with 1 stone Apparently this is a common fault Well what do you expect for a £1k You need to reset the unit. Push down the 2 circular knobs for 30 seconds & happy days all back & working fine. Reset the service light by dashboard buttons, as found on this forum
So if you have problems with the Media Centre try the above reset

Yep. Nav reset. Press and hold left circular power button for about 30seconds.

Until vw logo displayed and unit resets.

Much easier than the older rns510's.
