log book issue

The dealer decided to put my company name on my log book and i told them on several occasions not to , it has my name on it also . I even amended paperwork to omit this . Is this just a case of sending it back as for a change of address omiting the company name ?

I would write a letter of explanation otherwise your van will have a previous keeper. Get the Dealer to endorse it too.

Mine is in my company name does it make a difference to you. If you pay for it and own it I don't thick it could be taken if your company goes bankrupt

The dealer has to send the logbook back to the dvla with a covering letter

Cheers , I've let them know it needs sorting . I must say the dealer has been useless , didnt listen to a word i said . Im still waiting for a price on my side bars ffs ! lol

I had the same issue some years ago dealer return paper work to DVLC and sorted it
