Leisure Battery Dead?

OK guys, having more battery issues.

Went away this weekend and tried to put the heating on at night. Low battery alarm registered on the heater.

Checked the BM monitor and the victron and it looks like the battery can't hold a charge. Only the fridge was on.

This is what the BM normally shows when the fridge kicks in.



This is what is happening now.



Solar is showing full charge.

looks like it.

the chart from the 20/4 shows the battery going into float mode at 11am to 2pm - indicating that the battery is fully charged.



...

you can see behind the hash the same thing on the 27/4 again indicating the battery is charged.

float mode from 12pm - 5pm

yet when the fridge kicks in you get a huge volt drop, then a very rapid decline in battery rest voltage.

it drops from full to flat in 6 hours. . .







....



so . . . . post some pics of the battery/setup and the fridge?

what fridge? - whats the power consumption?

what battery?

what dc-dc charger?

what solar?

so its either a battery with a very poor SOC that will not hold a decent charge.?

or

a Fridge with a very high power draw?

Could be something else drawing current as well as the fridge ?

there is a very rapid fall off after 10pm. . . .

something changed? - maybe extra lights switched on?

USB chargers?

ah hold on - OP said Heater !!

so was the heater switched on at 10pm? - causing that last rapid drop?

either way looks like that battery cant run the fridge and the heater for any length of time.

OK alot of questions. Lol.

150w solar panel going into victron 75/15 mppt.
Ablemail B2B.
Fridge Waeco crx50.
Leisure battery 100ah coming up to four years old.

Everything has been working fine for the last 8 months or so since i fitted the victron.

Took a screen grab earlier with the fridge turned off and I powered up the heater for a couple of minutes.
The dip was when I turned the lights on for a few seconds.

I guess the next question is which is the best/biggest battery I can get to fit under the drivers seat?

The Biggest + Best will be a Lithium, but cost a bit.

look at the Renogy, lifos or PoweRoad Lifepo4`s

Looks like I'll replace it with the Leoch AGM.

Quickly measured mine without removing the seat and it looks like it's the same size physically, but an extra 10ah.
