Led Ceiling Lights, No Glow

does anyone know which led lights i can get that don’t glow when they are ment to be off? The small circular ones.

White LEDs have a phosphor layer which can glow briefly but if you have a glow for any length of time when switched off, its not the LEDs that are at fault, its the wiring, they're getting power from somewhere...
