Lazserlamps? Has Anyone Fitted Them?

As per the thread, has anyone fitted them to there van? I have H4 lamps with upgraded bulbs, but....they're still not great, even on full beam. I drive a lot in the dark on unlit roads and struggle sometimes to see the road ahead.
