Beam benders

I have Transporter HQ halogen headlights with their led bulbs fitted we’re going on a winter trip shortly to Benidorm has anyone got an idea of which beam benders need to be bought and where about on headlights do you fit them.
Or just ignore fitting them altogether.

I just adjusted mine to point as low as the adjuster will go when we've been to France. Never been flashed at all.

Never bothered , they're still in the glovebox .
We don't drive at night .
