Knocking wheel/suspension on T6 Caravelle

Hi all, I changed my wheels to some winters wheels which I got with the Velle a few weeks ago - 17 inch with 235/65 tyres. They have a larger diameter than the 18s that came off but still plenty of space in the arches. In the last week, there is a distinctive knock which I feel through the accelerator or brake pedal when I go very small bumps which create a quick short movement in the suspension. It only seems to be coming from the front right wheel. Any ideas as to whether this might be a wheel balancing problem or a shock/bush problem? It’s a 2016 150 dsg.

Thanks

Are the nuts tight? Do the winters use spigot rings?

Wheel balance wouldn't cause a knock over bumps, so must be related to the wheel fitment unless the extra size is exaggerating a failing bush.
