Intermittent Loss of Front Lighting (Low beam / indicators) and ACC when hitting bumps

Hi Folks,

I have a T6.1 and have occasional (quite frequent) loss of all front lighting (main beams, indicators) also at the same time I lose active cruise control. This seems to happen when I have gone over a bump in the road, and then later (probably after another bump) all is fine. As the fault results in loss of all lighting at the front end (except the indicator repeaters on the wings) I am guessing this must be a dodgy connection / earth particular to the front end lighting system.

Does anyone have any advice on tracking this down please?

If it's a loose connection near the front then you're likely loosing ACC as the connection to the radar is also impacted.

If you take out VIP Membership you have access to the wiring diagram downloads which might be very useful to find common connections. Also having something that can read fault codes can give you some clues.

I'd also look at earth points, if you have a lot of electrical items going on and off it's another common point.
