Ignition issue

Hi,

Had an issue today with just the Key turning in the barrel, tried a couple of time, the key had to be in the off position to remove it, now seems to be working again until next time!!!
New barrel or switch issue,

I've repaired a few of these when bits break off inside the barrell and stop it turning, is that what you mean? If so whole ign lock needs to come over and strip down, take broken bits out and put back together. Not the black part where you put the key but further in than that is where they start to break
