... while you're there could you possibly do me a massive favour and look at your window motor and maybe take a pic so that I can compare the part no to mine. I'm trying to find out if there are different door modules (which are part of the window motor assembly) for my deadlock project. This is the bit I mean

Ok after much trawling through this and the Rosstech forums I'm excited :D My window/door control modules are the same as everybody else's so don't need changing. But not only that, I've found a dump that @Loz posted when trying to sort the auto-fold mirror issue

Subsystem 2 - Part No SW: 7E0 959 801 Q HW: 7E0 959 801 Q Labels: 7E0-959-801.CLB
Component: J386__TSG_FT 003 0653
Serial number: KU0KU007091662517676
Coding: 5500B3

Subsystem 3 - Part No SW: 7E0 959 802 Q HW: 7E0 959 802 Q Labels: 7E0-959-802.CLB
Component: J387__TSG_BT 003 0653
Serial number: KU0KU030081662435787
Coding: 4400A3

Compared to mine

Subsystem 1 - Part No SW: 7E0 959 801 Q HW: 7E0 959 801 Q Labels: 7E0-959-80X-V2.CLB
Component: J386__TSG_FT 003 0653
Serial number: KU0KU030081662434740
Coding: 1400B1

Subsystem 2 - Part No SW: 7E0 959 802 Q HW: 7E0 959 802 Q Labels: 7E0-959-80X-V2.CLB
Component: J387__TSG_BT 003 0653
Serial number: KU0KU030081662436077
Coding: 0400A1

Same modules but completely different coding! (Well virtually, I'm hoping the couple of digits at the end of "Labels" are just revisions)

So I could try and replicate the coding and see what happens..

At least I could if the battery wasn't totally flat :( I've got a charger coming tomorrow but then I'm busy til probably this time next week. Frustrating

My coding was the same as yours, the changes I made were to acivate the folding mirrors that we know dont...

Really? Ok so that was an unnecessary step, looks like it's a BCM issue only. But at least it did nothing. Thanks for letting me know
