Only happens on cold start and would like to get it fixed. 67 plate, 65k miles and still in warranty

Pretty sure that’s the auxiliary belt.... very common problem when it’s cold/damp?
 
IMO it’s the frequency of a revolution of a belt not the revolution of a idler / tensioner pulley.
I’d check the belts for damage over the entire length, start with the aux belt and if nothing found check the cam belt.
