I get this on my app - I always thought the dark ones (as opposed to blue) meant it was in shadow...

The times you have look right..
sometimes the brightness is posted with the time , bright & incredibly bright, it maybe that?

Great pass just now!

Good ISS pass earlier and by the looks of it some great morning opportunities to see the Starlink sats over the next week in the mornings 10th 11th and 12th being best.
