No-Rail Awning?

Hi alll , I have a kombi and due to the dreaded corona our Spain holiday is cancelled so have suggested we go for a few days away in the van , I really need an awning preferable drive away but don’t have a rail fitted on van but would really like something that goes over side door and gives us a little privacy and some where to sit cook and store some bits and bobs. Does anyone have any recommendations for something that I don’t need a rail for I don’t have roof bars either , finally convinced wife to try camping and don’t wanna put her off before we start ! Thanks in advance

An awning rail is under £40 and just bolts to the existing 4 allen head bolts in the gutter on your roof (where you would fit bars). I fitted mine today (pre-drilled C channel from Funky Leisure) and it was a 5 minute job. Can then use with whatever awning you choose.

Vango drive away awnings come with roof straps that you can put over the roof of the van or if you have roof rails there is a pole that can be attached to it. All there awnings come with both as well as conventional fittings
