Help needed. Starter Relay.

Hello All,

Can any one advise on a starter relay issue - the codes we had are the following

P061500 Starter motor relay actuation open circuit
P26e500 starter relay 2 short circuit to earth
U041600 Electronic stability program signal improbable

- The starter relay wire has been replaced by the garage - however upon test driving today the codes are back
We also noticed the the 12v sockets on the conversion no longer worked - Could that be connected?


Just to give a slight bit of context the vehicle has had the following repairs
Cam Belt Change
Water pump
Fly Wheel
Clutch
New Battery
Reverse Cam fitted
New windscreen.

The vehicle is a T6.1 on a 21 plate with a Bosch ECU.

Any ideas folks? Would really love my van back.

First port of call is to ask the garage that did the work before they forget the job.

Hi Both...

So maybe worth me supplying an update - in reference to mmi question, yes the van was starting fine no problem starting, which had everyone mystified...... So I called the garage and we did some process of elimination and turns out the whole thing was caused by my Wolfbox reverse camera..... for some weird reason it was tricking the van into thinking that I didn't have enough voltage to start the van, but yet it was still starting!
So for now I have a very expensive rear view mirror that has had to be disconnected Hopefully someone can wire it back up without it causing too much of a problem soon!
