2017 T6 Startline CXGB engine code.
Hi. New to the forum and posting online, so please excuse any mistakes.
Fitted replacement Bosch pre cat sensor and still getting the following codes. Suspect wiring or ECU issues, but the new sensor may not be compatible? Have taken a number of drive cycles to allow the ECU to adapt to the new sensor.
My concern is that the fault codes indicate a possible earth fault and also supply fault to the heater circuit of the sensor. Wiring in engine bay looks in tact and undamaged. Not found any blown fuses, but not yet exposed the ECU box and any associated fuses or relays there. In the van's past life, there has been repair to the NOX injector wiring due to rodent damage, in case there is any possible relationship I should mention that. However the immediate wiring from the connection block on the bulkhead seems to go along underf the scuttle and join the main loom behind the battery.
Any pointers gratefully received.
Struggled to find fuse locations and also information of the contents of the ECU box, relays and any fuses.
Many thanks for any help given. Paul

My first thought was the wires under the van have been chewed. Slide under the drivers door to the middle of the van and look up and forwards. Just off to the right of center you will hopefully see some damaged wires that just need soldering up.

Hi, I'm having the same problem, what was the solution?
Hi. Sorry for the late response. It took me a long time to work out that the replacement (supposedly compatible) Bosch O2 sensor had different orientation of the wiring in the plug compared to the original NTK sensor. Obtained a new NTK sensor from Autodoc for around £55 and now sorted. VW quoted over £200 for the same part!
