Hi all just wanted to say a quick hello. Fairly new owner about to attempt a steering wheel swap thought I would start an introduction post in ready for when I hit my first hiccup and can hopefully lean on your expertise. Thanks In advance

Hi mate! The first time you attemp removing the steering you will go through a series of emotions: will the airbag explode? Will the airbag explode and the screwdriver end up stack in my neck? Will the airbag explode and break my neck?
The first attempt will be negative. You’ll give up scared like hell.
The day after you ll be more confident. Day 3 steering is removed!
Disconnect the negative of the battery, leave it 10 min disconnected, take your time when near the steering and watch a video on you tube on how to stick the screwdriver through the holes behind to remove the airbag.
Disconnect cables and remove airbag.
Next you need M12 multi spline to remove the steering bolt.
After removed it before removing the steering, mark the right alignment spline/steering or the steering will not be alligned when you install the new steering.
