Heating-air problem

Hey. I jus collected my 2019 t6 camper from Glasgow and drove it up to the Isle of Skye. I noticed on the way that heaters would only give hot air and the mode of air was stuck on window-cab-feet no matter what I selected. Gonna phone dealer the morn but thought I would ask here in case it’s something daft.
