OK so the head unit in my T6 was US when i got it so out it went and a JVC KM-M960BW was fitted. all works fine, has android auto etc.
BUT any slight sunlight and i just cant see the screen it is practically useless for navigation. i could start making fancy peaks to prevent the glare but just want one i can see....
There seems to be no way to improve the contrast.

so what aftermarket unit have you in your van and is screen glare a problem?

I should say i am in NZ and the sun does come out a bit more often than in blighty :)

Kenwood dnx9190dab, dmx9720xds. Which has the best screen , HD and is not affected by direct sunlight.

Alpine Halo 903/904 as it’s a large screen and you can tilt it

What about an anti-glare film? (no experience just a thought)
