Got a couple of them round the back of my factory, I find they move well when I point 2 barrels at them 
I'm up against 2 black rats tomorrow a fello spark and a plumber gota have a laff in work.

As a kid (aged about 17) we moved into a very old house - on the first night I had a mattress on the floor. I woke up to a shuffling noise then felt something climb onto me. With horrific visions of James Herbert's "The Rats" I lay completely still as it sat on my shoulder (and very near my exposed neck!) then finally moved when the massive great rat jumped off.
The next day my Mum and sisters were in the lounge and shrieked as a lump and a tail appeared under the sofa arm rest cover - it was the same rat which our dog at the time dispatched in about a minute.
Still makes me shiver thinking about it!

Years back a mate parked his Triumph 2500TC (nice cars) in a barn for the winter so we could weld it up and get it on the road the next spring. Bad move, what the rats left you really would not ever want to sit in ever again, spent 30 mins with various weapons didn't hit a single one, too damn fast!
