Front anti roll bar bush replacement

Hi All

I'm about to get stuck in about changing the front arb bushes , having never done this particular job before , any hints, tips and advice would be greatly appreciated. (Torque settings too)
I'll be working off axle stands and have a pretty comprehensive tool kit.

How did you get on with the ARB install mate?

No problems at all , first side took about 40 minutes and the other side about half that once I knew how to tackle it .
