Flip key roll pin

Sorry if it's not posted in the correct section but my question is regard my flip keys roll pin.
Annoyingly my key some how lost its roll pin that keeps the blade attached to the fob.
I see new pins listed on ebay. Question is what diameter do I need 1.6mm, 1.7mm or 1.8mm ? I have nothing to accurately measure to such a small difference.
I understand it should be 8mm wide.
Finally, can it be fitted without any special tools?

I had a quick measure of mine and the hole size was only around 1.3mm, but maybe yours is different.

The pins just push in with a suitable sized tool (eg a nail with the end flattened).

In saying that it might be easier just to go to a local locksmith, as they will have the correct size pin and tool for fitting it.

They’re about £2 each, if you don’t have a drill bit to measure the hole I’d order the range of sizes.
Normally fitted with a pin punch but I doubt they are as tight a fit as a true roll pin as they appear to have a serrated OD to lock on the plastic body
