Does anybody know how to stop F40 van brackets from rattling

Never tried it myself on those brackets but A silicon layer has always helped with rattles on brackets for me.

It seems as though they won't tighten up and stay loose

Hi its the stainless steel u Chanel,it tightens onto the pin but rattles with the pin

Looking at the instructions the pin C is designed to be floating although some of the play can be adjusted out by tightening screw D. I assume however that the deign is to enable the quick removal of the awning which was one of the design purposes of the F40 if i recall
