Cheers DXX I saw this ,I just wondered if anyone else had knowledge of it, not my van btw it was a plumber who called this morning, sounds an expensive fix .

Could you please double-check the fault code because code P16400 is not exactly a valid code.

However,

P1640 - EEPROM Error, [Internal Contr.Module (EEPROM) Error],​

which would be a bit awkward, and probably expensive.

Anyways, on T6 diesel "plain" 16400 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1 - P2004 00 [096] - Stuck Open

What engine - EU5 (non-AdBlue) or EU6 (AdBlue)? What year? Mileage? Any back story?
What tool was used to extract the code?
