Fan Blower Only Works On 4

Hi. my fan blower is only working on position number 4
When on position 1,2 or 3 there is nothing. the air con light still comes on but the fan doesn’t kick in.

Can anyone shed any light on this or is it a trip to the dealer ?

Blower fan resistor has failed. And will need replacing.
