Easy Start Pro Unit not coming on. Looking for a Company Recommendation to fix it.

Good Morning my friends:

I have an S2D2L Diesel Heater and an Easy Start Pro control unit. The control unit was installed 18 months ago. It has been working great.

The unit will now not switch on. I contacted Butler Technik and they suggested that it was likely a fuse blown. An electrician friend changed the 3 fuses and the unit will still not switch on. The electrician is not familiar with T6 Campervans/Diesel Heaters and so forth.

I am looking for a recommendation for a local company in the Bedfordshire area who would be able to resolve this problem for me.

Many Thanks Alan

You may find a service workshop amongst the HGV specialists as many HGVs, ambulances, PSVs etc. have Eberspacher heaters installed. When I had an Eberspacher heater failure in a VW T4 that the VW dealer couldn't fix they sent me to Carwood and VW covered the costs of the repair as it was under warranty.
