Hello, getting a T6.1 camper built currently. A question has come up regarding the lift up roof. Is it worth spending 1500 pounds to get the “easy fit roof “ upgrade? Or just stick to the standard lift roof ?

Only if they are offering you £1600 off because it is so much easier to fit!
When I was having a quick look for a DIY job I didn’t find a functional difference, but I went with a different solution in the end so didn’t investigate in any detail.

I think that very much depends on how easy it was to earn the £1500.
As per @drinfinity's comment - why are they wanting to charge you more for something that's easier for them to fit?
