Possibly include which terminal fits the connector as well? Not everyone has a stock of various ones to search through. It's a PITA to find the correct ones sometimes.

Could anyone point me in the right direction for a replacement 12v? I can't seem to find one that fits this adapter socket. Any help would be appriated

Your plug terminal 1J0 973 733 has a male counterpart 6 pin plug black which is 1J0 973 833.
The female terminals / male repair wires are: It is much cheaper to buy the terminals than the repair wires unless you are crap at crimping them to wires.

Think you need 1J0 919 309 B, BUT BEFORE ORDERING IT could you post the part number of the white plug to make sure, as the one I’ve found looks slightly different looking at it more carefully.

Any idea what the part number is for the horn plug? I’m trying to find a match for the horn side of it so I can make an adapter loom up to fit different horns without cutting the original plug off to do so.
All the ones I find are too small when they arrive, the horn plug seems to be much larger than necessary.

@Grim Reaper - The horn plug does not have a counterpart listed other than device on ETKA at all. They use the later type contact pins in this plug housing. Have you tried 1J0 973 802? This uses the earlier type pins, but the plug may be mechanically coded to not fit.
