Connector reference

Thanks @oldiebut goodie

Looking at the 2nd and 3rd up from the bottom, 929937 and 927768 (and possibly the last one too) - do you know what the difference is ? Everything (other than price) looks the same ?

There are pages more of them!
927768 is pre-shaped for the seal to be inserted and crimped in at the same time as the terminal is crimped.

They are all going to be the same terminal with differences such as plating, wire size, retention method ( some are retained by 2 spring tabs, some by single tab, some by 1 tab and a cut-out, some just a cut-out )

peruse these

There’s more ! 🤯

As AWG 13-17 (1.1mm - 1.8mm) looks good for me, and I want to crimp the JPT onto my own wire, which one would you recommend?

And if you by any chance know where I can find it on Amazon for next day delivery - I’ll be able to get in the Mrs good book ! 😂

So, am I correct in saying the part numbers above are for the connector AND the size of wire that’s provided with it?
Correct. The quoted part numbers were repair wires consisting of 2 crimp connectors and a wire

In part numbers each symbol denotes a difference - thus e.g "000 979 133" is a different part than "000 979 133 E"

Thanks @mmi.

So in my situation - which is just focussing on the JPT terminal connectors themselves (no cable / wire).. What part numbers do I look for exactly to allow me to crimp an JPT connector around the main cable sizes (1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm).?

Go to All Products - automotiveconnectors.com click on terminals and splices on the left hand side, then connector terminals, then brand, then tick TE Connectivity, then click on Product Range, then select JPT and the results are there for you to choose.
If you need the ones for the large blade fuses, select Junior Timer or Standard Power Timer instead of JPT

If you have time, just order a load of different ones off Ali Express and choose which one best fits once they've arrived, so much cheaper.
Half the price of the UK site

Next on my list is to find the 17, 10, 6 pin female connectors for a seat an electric seat..

You can see what type of terminals are required - you will have to measure the widths yourself in the connectors.

Red = 4F093 - number is incomplete.

Possibly a mix of Yazaki and TE terminals again as VW seem to like.

At Aliexpress prices you may as well buy the connectors with the terminals!
