You're gonna have this solved by lunchtime buddy. Please send photosGood morningARB's front and rear also replaced with Whiteline ARBs and bushes. I will double check the bolts once the van is up

No difficulty at all. It can go back only one way if the three slider wheels ( or whatever the called) are lined up. However when the driveshaft was off. One of those wheels come off too. But I just put it back when I was refitting the driveshaftDid you have difficulty getting the driveshaft back in position when refitting the struts? Not uncommon to pop the inner joints apart. I'd be pulling the joint boot back and having a look. It sounds very likely to be this

I would also try and "borrow" some standard size wheels to eliminate the new 20 inch wheels. You will definitely get more impact of any issue with bigger wheels, which may have been pre-existing but not as noticeable with the standard wheels?I'd be looking to recheck things there first
I took it on a little drive. The issue only exist when the van under acceleration and above 35mph. When coasting even with 60 mph no issue at all. What I supposed to look for when pulling out the driveshaft? As I mentioned below the problem only exist under acceleration and above 35mph. When coasting no problemI'd be looking to recheck things there first
Yes mine is a factory 3.2 v6 not many around apparently. I sold my t4 was looking for a t5.1 caravelle but got put off by talk of bi tdi issues so decided to get a vr6 t4 and while looking for one I found the 3.2 and it was the best of both worlds. I don’t do loads of miles so the mpg doesn’t bother me (23 on a run 19 round town).Brakes are OK. MOT was easy, wheels spinning freely and no warming issues.
Do you really have a V6 engine? My plan is to put a R32 engine in mine at some point.
yes mate it does. I replaced the complete driveshaft@Limalex - did the replacement N/S driveshaft inner joint resolve your issue?
Enginewise I think most R32 parts are the same, the difference on the T5's engine is the manifold. I would not mind custom parts as I plan do a super strong engine with custom manyfold , turbo and exhaust system. Got upgraded brakes already. I will make it compatible with my the QD500 geaerbox.Yes mine is a factory 3.2 v6 not many around apparently. I think a conversion would be really expensive! I’ve found so many things are hard to find for mine and it’s a factory car. I can’t get an exhaust from vw so need to get a custom one made, when I replaced the brakes no one knew what size they where of what the part numbers should be (turned out to be the same as a Touareg). God knows what the gearbox or clutch would cost if they ever go wrong.
