Cloned UK Number Plates

I'm an ex-copper but didn't think we had a unique smell
Yes , absolutely, it was an unfortunate "joke" on my part .
I thought i was talking to my myself.
Apologies to anyone who thought otherwise.
If i can draw a line under it , before I'm overcome with hatred.
It wasn't even meant as a joke , I have been brought up watching the young ones lol

If coppers get too quick to hand out 6 points for something like that then you'll just end up with more muppets out there that are happy to drive without license or insurance .

Years ago when I was on patrol on night shifts I used to go by the theory that if my ANPR cameras could read the plate, I wasn't interested in getting the law books out. I had bigger fish to fry!
Obviously things have moved on since then, both in camera technology and plates, so I'm not saying that the same attitude is appropriate now.

Im Just thinking about the time he mentioned a rapist putting his bell end into a letter box and getting it chopped off etc.
It wasn't chopped off, he was trapped by his nadger.
You smell like a copper
You sound like a small man, but I don't hold it against you.
Like , who cares ???
Clearly I'm interested. If you're not then youre daft for wasting time reading it.
When is this coming in?
Its been announced by the government late last week. it'll have to go through parliament. Its fairly uncontroversial so should pass fairly smoothly through both chambers and then into law, so probably next year would be my (un)educated guess.
