Charging batteries

This has probably been asked before,but if i plug the Bus into the mains via the Electric Hook Up will this charge both of the batteries?

It depends on how it’s been wired. Most chargers feed the leisure battery, so it’s unlikely. What is your setup? Upload a photo if you’re unsure.
 
Thank's for the quick reply....i have no idea how it's wired,but it's more the leisure battery i'm concerned about as i take it out most week's to charge the starter battery.
 
Can you ask your convertor ?
Difficult for anyone here to answer as there are so many ways of wiring things up.

As Pete says, you need to know how its wired...

If you have an intelligent DC DC charger fitted which doesn't require an ignition on +ve feed then you can just charge your starter battery and your leisure battery will automatically charge up as well...

It's the way my convertor wired mine in and provides just one charge point which is handy... but its a bit like skinning a cat... several different ways it could be done..!
