On our 2020 T6 there is a cup holder just below the gear stick (has to be removed to get at fuses)...................this will hold an old style Chilly's Water bottle very comfortably, but unfortunately the new bottle is a bit taller and we got this stuck in there. The only way I could open it was with brut force which broke the clip that open and closed the unit..................I have got a replacement door from VW at £107 which is bonkers.................The only item that is broken is the small plastic clip and handle that unscrews from the complete assembly.
Has anybody had to repair this or managed to get a suitable part:
