Ceiling heating controls

Not sure these controls have ever worked.. I failed to check when I bought the Caravelle, now wondering if there are any easy things I can check before it gets booked in. The lamps illuminate, but there's nothing on the (LCD?) screen that's part of the heating etc.. and no puff from the vents,

Saw this post from a t5 which a believe is the same system and looked like the pins to the connector were corroded as they tried a different working control panel ,Al post the link but sounds very similar to your issue ,am assuming it doesn't let you work it from front controls ?

Apparently a lot of T6/Caravelle have suffered this, after an unusually hot Summer 2022 - the tech gets backed under that big roof. They tell me me the replacement part is built to tolerate such heat now - we'll see! I've had it fitted.
