Caravelle Rail Compatability

Hi All,

Getting close to ordering a Kombi now petrol is available. One question, I plan to make the van as versatile as possible by installing caravelle rails so the passenger / load area is quickly adjustable.

Can anyone tell me if the rails are compatible with the standard three seat kombi bench, or even better the 2+1 or would I have to get different seats?

Has anyone done any crash testing of the rails, how safe are they?

Finally, the configurator hints that you can't order a 2nd row bench (or 2+1) with driver & pax swivel seats. Is this the case?

Caravelle rails are not compatible with the Kombi seats at all. As the rails are OE from VW the I expect they meet all the relevant crash test standards.
