Caravelle Pop Top

I’m thinking of putting a pop top in my Caravelle, has anyone done ever done it

Caravelle has the air flow air con ducts in the roof so you need to take this into consideration and move them all. Its a bigger job than you think

The guys at Exploria did a fantastic job on my generation six caravelle. Even moved the air ducts etc to keep them at the back.

Ok so someone has asked me if i can fit a Austops roof in a T6 Caravelle, I have done 3 roofs in panel vans (i am in NZ) my concern though is how do you finish off the roof trim/frame onto the plastic wall moldings in the Caravelle?
there are AC vents in the roof but i guess we would just lose all that, its just the joint to the existing wall i am not sure about.

Any advice and pics welcome

The guys that did mine wrapped the frame round the edge of the pop top opening in a vinyl fabric to blend in with the black leather/ alcantara seats. They put VW alcantara to match the seats on the bed and roof of the poptop.

It was a Reimo roof that was fitted and the edge of the frame comes close to the plastic trim in some areas near the b and c pillars but is not overlapping.
