Do you mean the drive away locking or the automatic re-locking after 2 mins if the doors aren’t opened?

Yes that can be disabled with VCDS. Did it on mine.

Can also be done with Carista.

If it's enabled (using VCDS/similar or from factory) isn't there then an option in the MIB menu to toggle it on or off.

Fairly sure I remember seeing it!
