Can My Mirrors Fold With Fob?

Van is Dec 15 registered.
It has OEM electric heated and folding mirrors.

If I follow the instructions in this thread, will I be able to get them to fold or not? Thanks

My van was registered Jan 2017 and also has OEM electric, heated, foldable mirrors I believe.
I bought a Carista but don't think that can do it so do I need someone with Vcds?

That I can answer as a yes, vcds is needed.
