have you tried it in another vehicle?

Don’t know will ask him it’s on a t5 he’s trying to get it working that’s been mapped he tried a vcds lead and it would not find a port will get him to try it in another vehicle thanks

I had an issue on my T6, possibly similar but I can’t remember exactly, and deleting and re-installing the app sorted it out. That’s worth a try if you haven’t already.

If its a Carista OBD2 module, you will see internal indicators light up when plugged in.

Also check you can see the Carista in the phones Bluetooth settings. This will prove if the phone itself can see it irrespective of the app.
