Camperking Water Pump Access

Hi All
I think my sink water pump has failed in my T6 Camperking conversion. Does anyone know how to easy access the pump before I start taking everything to bits. Fuses and switches checked and everything seems fine so thinking the pump is goosed.
Many Thanks

Did you get any luck with this? Got the same problem

Any news on this, I am having similar issue with mine as well. Mine seems to be restricted flow. Access is from the cabinet by the side of the rock and roll bed. There is a little trap door to access the tank. However, I can't get to the pump to have a look to see if it's blocked.

Has anybody asked Camperking, I’m sure they would give a concise answer?

Sounds like a Camperking issue as I have the same issue. Im calling them today.

I can suck water through to the tap but nothing being pumped through. Fuse is good, tank has water in etc so a bit stumped.

Ok, so spoken to Camperking HQ and Camperking Scotland and they are of the view it is a switch issue in the tap and that it is a very common fault. Waiting on a call back to hopefully pop down to Falkirk and they can change it.

Easy to put a multimeter across the tap switch and check continuity.
If Camperking are installing submersible pumps in the tanks I’d say that’s the most likely fault, they don’t last forever and their life is reduced by leaving a chlorinated sterilising solution in the tank.

Yeah Im not entirely convinced it's not the pump. If it was the tap Id change it myself now but want to do a bit more investigative work first. CamperKing were very quick to blame the tap!

Put the multimeter over it today and not a thing. I've had a recommendation to pop out to Aboyne and chat with the guys at Aboyne Campervans so may do that tomorrow. Im not too technically minded so could be the switch in the tap or the pump.

Hi did anyone get anywhere with access to the water pump? We think our pump is still working but no water is coming out of the tap. This is our van so a slightly different layout to most as our fridge is under the oven. Excuse the mess but my husband is currently dismantling and emptying cupboards trying to work it out!

Do you know where your water tank is in the cupboards? While I was trying to sort my issue I was able to get to the pump in the water tank through a cupboard with a lift out floor. Unscrewed the cap and checked the pump. Looking at your pic, it's a different layout to mine of sorts as I have a microwave not a cooker and definitely no wine rack ha ha. Im wondering if there's a lift out bottom in the storage under the counter on the right of the pic? Have you tried sucking water through the tap? That may indicate either an air lock or a blockage?

Turns out my issue was a broken wire, likely cut when the dealer (not CamperKing) installed the night heater for me. New wire run and all working now.
