Recently had trouble with my immobiliser (scorpion tracker S5 Plus). Intermittent fault so not able to start van fitted in Nov 22 . Tracker shop and scorpion were excellent in helping, all non starts were rectified over the phone and them doing their thing. On the 3 time sent out new fob and suggested if happening again to replace unit.
With a new immobiliser fob thought all ok for months until a non start after a days work. They sent out John from Bespoke Integrations He got me going and either Scorpion or tracker shop organised for a complete new unit to be fitted by Bespoke integration .
Would definitely recommend definitely knows his stuff and does some excellent audio upgrades which I may consider.
