B14 has only dropped me 20mm!

I’ve installed the front b14 shock to my t28 but on lowest setting it’s dropped the van 20mm??
What am I doing wrong??

I removed the original top shock mount and installed it on the b14 shock, is that correct??

instructions are useless.

please help.

It was me.
When you change one side only, it doesn’t lower the van as the anti roll bar holds it up, so it only goes down when both fronts are changed.

Its actually the other 3 springs supporting the car , not as much the anti roll bar but it wont help of course .
When corner weighting a vehicle the weight is measured in a X front left and rear right and visa versa .
even if you fitted just the fronts it wont go to its potential height because the rear springs will take more load and keep the front higher than it will be once all 4 done
