Anyone Put A Pop Top On A Kombi?

I normally just sleep in the back but it’s awkward when bike and bags etc are in the van. The obvious answer is a pop top,I could always convert into a camper at later date. Just Interested to see what peoples opinions are

Bought mine as a kombi. Delivered in sept, in with converters early Dec and expecting it back any day - once it's back from the NEC. It has a reimo pop top that I'm very happy with.

We have fitted many roofs to Kombi vans, similar to your requirements. Customers need to sleep in the van while carrying their bikes etc? Can be fitted to single and twin SLD vans no problem.

A lot of that will depend upon the make of the roof. All the people I named above have the HiLo sport, but I personally wouldn’t recommend them.

They look the same as any other T5 or T6 from outside. Here are a few. Some have been converted from a Kombi to camper however. Mostly SCA i believe. Some ok pics. Some not so good. Cheers

Here’s my Kombi Camper, I made the units and they are removable, they fix down where the lashing rings would be. The original plan was to put a motorbike in the back.
