Anyone Bought A Bootliner For Their Kombi?

I've found a few places that supply bootliners for hatchbacks and 4x4's but I wonder if anyone has found one for T6's?

I'm looking for something to stick in the back of my van when I'm carrying mountain bikes - currently using an old dust sheet.

I'm considering finding the material and making it myself, but if anyone knows where they can be bought it'll save me stabbing myself with the sewing needle!
