The horn issue is likely to do with MFSW since the horn signal is direct with no MFSW but goes through one of the data busses (LIN Bus?) with MFSW. Airbag look needs to be right. That old chestnut.
The horn did work as did volume up/down and select, so just need to trouble shoot that. Likely connector to the light switch (according to my expert) @The Flying Scotsman
I’ve read through this and still none the wiser. My 2017 highline has no ad blue in the MFD so will a warning appear when it needs a top up? I’ve only had the van for about 1500 miles
Maybe your ad-blue has been deleted by a previous owner. How long have you owned the van, how many miles have you done since taking ownership? I’m assuming your van is a Euro6. Does it have an adblue filler under the diesel filler?

Yeah, it’s got the bad blue filler. Previous posts suggest that if the mfd has the ad blue display it would still show if deleted? I’ve had it a couple of months and done about 1500 miles
On my 2017 startline I’ve found that if I have the ignition on, and press the bottom left button (the one that sets the clock) 3 times, it displays the adblue range / amount to top up.
A warning pops up when its getting low, can’t remember the exact remaining mileage, possibly 1200.
That’s the wrong menu for the adblue info. You need to be on the menu that shows MPG/oil temp/travel time etc. the adblue screen is in there. Could be an RTFM moment
Nah, just checked that and not in there either. Doesnt mention being able to check the level in the handbook which just says that a warning light will come on when there’s about 2000km of ad blue left. Would be handy to know the level though so it can be kept topped up
