Apologies but Adblue question

Any suggestions to the problem guys? I have noticed its not done a regen for a while. Would that have any bearing on the Adblue?
I know all emissions systems tend to be interlinked?

No suggestions from me I'm afraid, I haven't had to top mine up yet, there are lots of similar threads on here, the Adblue system does seem to cause a LOT of problems.

My trusted garage man did say to use a bottle of decrystallizer stuff every time I top up though. May be snake oil ...

Has it had the ecu software update? If not perhaps get VW to do that (supposedly free to fix THEIR issues with Adble).

I set the units in the MFD to gallons UK so thought just doing a UK gallons to litres calc would do. Would sucking a couple of litres out be recommended ?

I just had mine “mapped out” or deleted or whatever it’s called.
Seems fine so far.
