Accessory live under the seat?

Looking for an accessory live. Any of these under the seat? Fitting roof mounted monitor and needs permenant (sorted) live and switched live.

I think the blue wire at the bottom supplies the fuel lift pump. (might be suitable for a relay)

Raided the shed for more cable and ran one back to the fuse box.
