I have a 2022 Cali Ocean with the soft close sliding door. Suddenly it has become very difficult to shut the sliding door easily. It appears that the door has dropped a few millimetres when it is open as I have to lift it slightly to make it close smoothly. Any suggestions what could be wrong?
